ACADEMIC LIBRARIAN (INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, POLITICS, PHILOSOPHY, LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION STUDIES AND SPACE MANAGEMENT)

REF:  ALC881

£33,199 to £39,609 per annum

 

UEA Library Services is seeking a self-motivated information professional to join our team of professional Librarians. You will lead on the Library’s ongoing space management priority, as well as being the Academic Librarian for the School of Politics, Philosophy, Language & Communication Studies and the School of International Development. The role will include project management, budget management and the delivery of discipline-specific information skills teaching and training.

You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject, as well as a library qualification (or equivalent directly relevant experience).  Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering information and/or digital skills sessions, strong communication and academic liaison skills are also essential.
