Salary range per annum: £35,124 to £39,678*, plus London Weighting of £4,872
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with one late night 11am - 7pm and one in six Saturdays 9am - 5pm on rotation

As our Customer Services Marketing Specialist, you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.
In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from planning our marketing strategy to overseeing our day to day social media. We'll look to you to help us assess the impact of our marketing activities to ensure the best possible member experience. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of marketing and project management.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.
