HLG are keen to increase and utilise different marketing channels and tools to reach both HLG and non-HLG members. This requires a marketing and communications team. The following roles have been identified. The roles do not have job descriptions because they are small roles/tasks that do not even require the post holder to attend HLG meetings. All communications and transactions related to the roles can be handled virtually. Decisions that need to be made can be sent via the committee discussion list. All these roles would report to Potenza Atiogbe (HLG Marketing and Communications Lead). We currently still have the following vacancy:
- Digital marketing: A Lead to look at new ways of spreading HLG’s digital reach e.g. better use of Facebook, Instagram and more.
