Job Description

Purpose of role:  To develop and maintain LIRG web pages and relevant technologies and report back to the committee. 

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the content of the LIRG website and YM (CILIP) pages is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • To manage Informz, a bulk emailing system, including publishing newsletters. 
  • To provide technical guidance and support to committee members on using the YM system and other technologies. 
  • To assist the Social Media Officer and Content Creator in coordinating LIRG communications. 

Skills:

  • Time management – meeting deadlines for publishing posts and advertising events.
  • Competent with technology and willingness to learnnew technologies/systems
  • Proficient with web publishing including blogs and social media.
  • Communication skills
