Job Description

Would you like to develop your skills and sector knowledge by serving as CILIP Midlands next Events Coordinator?

Purpose of the Role: To support the Chair and committee by managing essential events functions such as the bi monthly Network and Training Group meetings as well as working colleagues on occasional ad hoc events such as CILIP Members  Fest and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chair and Training Group in organising CILIP Midlands events information with committee members.
  • Support other officers with occasional reports on feedback and engagement statistics linked to events 
  • Opportunity to help organise events, projects, and marketing activities.
  • Promote CILIP Midlands and CILIP membership benefits within the profession.

Time Commitment: Flexible hours, typically up to 12 per year for emails and 4 network and training group meetings per year (usually online).
