Job Description

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented Information & Research Advisor to join their dynamic Information and Research team in London.

Supporting practice groups with legal and Company Services tasks such as filing company documents, data entry, and conducting company searches.
Strategic management of Information and Research Services, including budget setting, acquisition, distribution, and renewal of information resources.
Library management and procurement of information resources.
Providing a legal and business information enquiry service and conducting current awareness activities.
Educating end users about information sources and tools and coordinating delivery of vendor-supplied training programs.
Facilitating the creation of knowhow, its storage, and retrieval.
Overseeing professional development of individuals and teams within the Information and Research department.

Graduate with an Information Qualification
Experience of delivering information services in a complex international organization
Broad understanding of legal issues
Advanced technical skills to use and develop office and information systems effectively
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
