An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Information Skills Librarian to join the Academic Liaison & Teaching team within Library and Learning Resources (LLR) at London South Bank University (LSBU).
The post-holder will be based primarily at LSBU’s new Croydon campus, but will support staff and students across the institution and work at other LLR locations, including the Perry Library at the Southwark campus, on a regular basis as required. Alongside colleagues in the Information Skills Librarian team, the successful candidate will support the development and delivery of LLR’s Information Skills Framework, resulting in a comprehensive offer that meets the needs of a range of learners in line with the LSBU Corporate Strategy.
Reporting to the Information Skills Manager, this post is an excellent development opportunity arising at an exciting time for LLR and LSBU as we expand our hybrid support offer and prepare to move into a new flagship library space on London Road in early 2022. The post-holder will be a part of a multi-professional team, working with colleagues across the Department and the wider University, and will be supported to collaborate with other teams to break new ground and expand their own skills and professional interests.
