The NSPCC Information Service is the UK’s leading information source on child protection. We are responsible for NSPCC Learning - our new website for anyone working or volunteering with children.
We are seeking two qualified information professionals to join our busy Knowledge and Statistics team. The team sources, writes and produces a range of information and learning products including online information and advice, briefings, factsheets and current awareness products.
The first post will be responsible for writing a wide range of content to disseminate child protection knowledge to people who work with children. The second post will write content to support our growing online learning offer, including best practice resources. Please specify in your application which post(s) you are interested in.
Both roles also carry out weekly duties answering enquiries and cataloguing for the Information Service. They provide cover for our current awareness service as needed.
You should be able to present complex information from a range of sources in a clear and concise way and work in partnership with a range of stakeholders. You need to have excellent attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to keeping children safe.
