We are now recruiting for a Knowledge and Information Officer (“KIO”) to join the team on a permanent basis. 

The KIO team is part of the wider Knowledge & Information department (“K&I”) which is made up of the Knowledge Management and Information Services teams.  These two teams work closely and collaboratively with each other to deliver a comprehensive and respected knowledge, information and research service to the firm. 

The KIOs sit within the Information Services part of the department, comprising of ten practice-embedded KIOs, five Research & Information Advisers and three procurement professionals.

The successful applicant will work closely with the group’s Professional Support Lawyers in the Corporate M&A practice and will be involved in a range of activities, including knowledge management, current awareness provision, research and enquiry management and training.  This is a varied role and the successful applicant will also work with the Insurance Group, Data Protection and Risk teams, as required, as well as with members of the wider K&I team on a range of firm-wide knowledge and information projects and initiatives. 

The role will suit a proactive, confident and articulate individual who wishes to grow their experience and who is keen to learn from a highly professional team.  An Information-related qualification is essential for this role.
