Our Knowledge team of 10 people supports staff across all VWV offices, sharing responsibility for all aspects of service delivery. Collaborative working is key to our performance in delivering the Firm's knowledge sharing strategy. We are excited to be recruiting for a Knowledge Officer to join our well established and friendly team in the Bristol office.

You'll play a vital role in supporting the Firm in achieving its objectives for service delivery and profitability by the creation and sharing of first-rate legal and commercial knowledge. Your key tasks will include assisting in the implementation of knowledge sharing initiatives, maintenance of web-based information resources and in-house know-how databases, supporting lawyers in legal research and working collaboratively with legal and support teams.

So Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
You already have an understanding of knowledge and information management principles and your experience of working in a legal or commercial information service will see you hit the ground running.
Your pro-active, user-focussed attitude to service delivery will fit right in. Although you're happy to use your own initiative and take responsibility of delegated work, you're not afraid to ask for guidance when needed.
Consider yourself a good team player? Great! Collaboration is crucial and you'll enjoy working with your team as well as lawyers and support staff for the benefit of our clients.
Your strong IT skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills are just what we hope for.
Where Will I Be Working?
