University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust
Can you explain the benefits of Action Learning to a group of senior nurses? Have you captured tacit knowledge and helped enable better clinical and non-clinical decision making? This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified Librarian or Knowledge Manager to develop and facilitate a burgeoning Library and Knowledge operation.
A key part of the Library and Knowledge Service, you will act as an ambassador for knowledge sharing across the Trust, and will enthuse and inspire others to ensure their working practice is based on the best quality evidence and shared knowledge
With a proven track record of excellent communication, both in writing and verbally, you will work with a range of stakeholders, promoting the importance of sharing best practices and lessons learned, and improving quality and innovation.
The Library at UHBW provides the platform for staff, learners, patients, and the public to use the right knowledge and evidence, at the right time, in the right place, enabling high quality decision-making, learning, research and innovation. You will be part of an ambitious and professional team, with a focus on continued professional development, and a genuine pride in working towards making UHBW a beacon of outstanding education.
This role will be split between our sites in Weston-Super-Mare and Bristol.
