Job Description

Librarian- temporary contract up to 12 months

Full-time 0830-16.30 or two part-time positions (hours to be agreed with individuals), term time only.

Required September 2020 

Salary dependent on experience


We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the team in our state- of- the- art senior library, which is located at the heart of the School. The library is the hub for intellectual curiosity and learning, providing the girls at Pipers with all the tools and resources they need to improve their independent learning skills as they carry out research, exchange ideas and interact with their peers and teachers.

The ideal applicant will be a Chartered Librarian with previous experience of working in a library or learning resource centre, preferably within a school setting. However, we would also consider English graduates who have a passion for continued learning and a desire to pursue a career in library work.
