Management Information and Projects Coordinator
Salary: £26,250- £35,222 per annum
Mode: Full Time, Permanent
We are looking to appoint a Library Management Information and Projects Coordinator to join our Administration Team. This post will support the Library Senior Management Team by providing management information to inform decision making and the process of continual service improvement.
The post holder will establish evaluation methods, procedures, and systems designed to increase the overall effectiveness of Library facilities, resources and space utilisation. They will also support the Assistant Director (Customer Experience and Service Innovation) with library projects including space planning and change, both physical and virtual.
You will have an eye for detail and be confident with IT and data sets. Experience of project management with a proactive attitude to problem solving, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, are the key attributes required.
