Membership Administration Team Leader

CILIP is seeking a numerate and IT literate person to be responsible for the accurate processing of all member subscriptions and related information. So, the question is, could you see yourself taking the next step up in your career to lead a small but busy Membership Team?

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in carrying out the day to day of tasks of our small and friendly team as well as leading them and managing workload and processes. Naturally you will have the ability to cope with a busy workload, be well organised and able to prioritise your work with a flexible and positive attitude. Experience of working with databases is essential, preferably gained in a membership organisation.
