Professional Registration Support Officers for CILIP

CILIP is looking for professional registration support officers (PRSO) across 4 regions: North East, Midlands, London and South East.

A PRSO is a volunteer role that supports those going through professional registration.

If you have achieved a level of professional registration and have recently worked in a library or related information setting and would like to give back to the profession, then do read on.

PRSOs work as part of a nationwide team providing consistent and well-informed training and advice to our professional registration candidates. Working with the PRSO team, you would be involved in the delivery of at least two online training sessions a year to candidates. The PRSO team meet online every two months to plan and receive up to date information from CILIP about current processes and issues.
