Salary: £21,686 - £22,847 per annum (Spine Points 26-28 on the University's single pay spine), pro-rated if post holder works part time
Vacancy type: Fixed Term Contract until 16th June 2023, Full Time Position (36.25 hours per week). The College will consider requests for part time working (0.5 - 1 FTE)

 

The Senior Library Assistant plays a key role as part of a small team in delivering Library services to College members and external researchers.

The post would suit a team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a wide range of library users. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to catalogue modern printed books using AACR2, RDA, MARC21 and LCSH and of maintaining patron records within a library management system. (The College uses Alma and training can be given.)
