Job Description

Purpose of role:  A voluntary position responsible for working with other members of the CILIP Midlands Network Committee  to organise a programme of visits.

Knowledge, Experience and Attributes 

Essential:  Membership of CILIP 
Knowledge of the information profession through work and / or study

Communication and interpersonal skills 

Desirable:  Experience of planning and delivering events 

Responsibilities:  To link up with our Visits Coordinator and our other visits link person to organise visits for the purpose of providing Continuing Professional Development and Networking opportunities for CILIP members and supporters in the Midlands.
 
Time Commitment:  It is anticipated that you attend all committee meetings (up to 4 per year). Most meetings are currently held online.
